BIOGRAPHY
 

           Over fifteen years ago ONE MUSIC SQUARE was purchased by current owner, Chip Looney. Chip began his
      music career at the age of 10, playing the surf music and the British invasion of the 60's. Soon after high school
      began working for H & H music of Houston, which became part of the Brook Mays Chain. It was there he learned to
      repair, set up, and sell instruments of all kinds.

           Buying ONE MUSIC SQUARE did two wonderful things: it afforded the chance to leave the rat-race of Houston for
      the quiet, small town atmosphere of Huntsville, TX. Also to run a music business on the principals of Honesty &
      Integrity, while still maintaining the creative force that drives the Music Industry today.

           ONE MUSIC SQUARE sells a full Line of Musical Instruments including Band & Orchestra, Keyboards, P.A. & Sound
      reinforcement to video, DJ and Karaoke. However our main focus is guitars, drums, & folk instruments, and great
      selection of small to intermediate P.A. gear and church installation equipment. We can also provide complete
      installation service for audio/video.

       CF Martin & CO.

             C.F. Martin Guitar Company has been continuously owned by the same family since 1833. They have innovated,
       designed and built arguably the world's finest steel string acoustic guitars. Most dealers agree that Martin is
       making the best guitars they have ever made and they continue to manufacture and market responsibly. After
       all - Nothing sounds like a Martin!
 
       Peavey

              For Years PEAVEY Electronics wrote the book on the American Manufacturers Guide to Quality, Service, and
       Loyalty to Dealers & Customers. While PEAVEY still makes some great products. They have gone the way of most
       manufacturers. Chinese imports, uneven dealer discounts, mail order & chain stores. Although this way seems of
       no consequence to the consumer, it inhibits the dealer from fully taking care of their local customer. We Still
       Love PEAVEY Products & gladly service & repair units bought from ONE MUSIC SQUARE.
 
       Fender

              Fender is what Fender is. The most recognizable names and shapes in the music industry. Once an all
       American Manufacturer, They now import products (including the iconic Stratocaster and Telecaster) from
       Mexico, Japan, Taiwan, Korea, Indonesia, China, and India. Many of these are great quality, but we can't tell
       you how many times consumers, even owners, assumed that anything that said FENDER was American made.
       The law says you must put the country of origin on the instrument, but it is often an easily removable sticker!
       We Love Fender, and enjoy subscribing to the legend. In our early years we aggressively sold against import
       guitars (especially when PEAVEY was still U.S. made) but these days, floating on the raft of Chinese goods, it's
       easier to sell something that says "FENDER".
 
       Godin

              Godin is the parent company of Seagull, Art & Lutherie, Simon & Patrick, Norman, and of course the Godin
       brands. The integrity award for Large Manufacturers goes to Godin. They build ALL of their products in their own
       factories in Canada and the U.S. and are very specific about what is made where. They also do not build for
       anyone else. Generally agreed by the entire industry (Dealers & Consumers alike) to make the best sounding,
       best playing guitar for the money. These are consistent selling, make very satisfied customers and are easy
       to setup and maintain. The owners and employees own and play them! Godin electrics are the least expensive
       American Made guitars on the market, and excellent quality, better than imports at the same price! Amazing!
 
       Garrison

              Garrison is a new and wonderful guitar manufacturer from Canada. They have allot in common with Seagull,
       but with some startling and impressive technology. Check out their website. Bottom line is that they make
       superior sounding instruments at very reasonable prices. We predict that they're THE NEXT BIG BRAND!
